Shipping policy
Free U.S. Shipping on Orders $75+
All U.S. orders of $75 or more (after discounts) ship free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, with no code needed.
Processing Times
- In-stock items: ship within 1 business day of your order.
- Made-to-order card displays and handmade items: please allow up to 3 business days for us to create your piece before it ships.
- Custom requests (for example, a character not listed): allow an additional 5–7 business days so we can source the right figure. Please message us before ordering.
Orders that include both in-stock and made-to-order items ship together once everything is ready.
U.S. Shipping Rates
Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate at checkout based on package weight:
- Up to 1 lb: Economy $4.90 or Standard $6.90
- 1–5 lb: Standard $9.90
- Over 5 lb: Economy $19.90
Your exact shipping options and cost are always shown at checkout before you pay since rates can change.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier, and free shipping applies to U.S. orders only. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us right away at dkcardsonline@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
